Mayhem Ensues at CMP, KBR Unscathed
Everyone kept looking for the full moon, because the last regular season race of the year was filled with crashes, hot tempers, and hard words. In almost every race, on track incidents came hard and fast, which almost always resulted in hot tempers in the pits. However, with expert driving and cool heads, Kenny and Andy came away from the track with two more top 5 finishes.
Kenny began his feature race in 6th, but by keeping out of trouble made his way into 3rd. By the end of the race, he had earned his fourth top 3 finish and twelfth top 5 finish of 2008.
Andy's race is similar to last nights. Avoiding wrecks and racing well, he ended the night in 4th place. What's more important is that he gained points on both the points leader and the two drivers behind him in points. Not only is 4th a great finish, but tonight was a great points race too.
