2009 LMS Summer Shootout Race 6

       The sixth week of the Summer Shootout promises to be a competetive one with a full field of 25 Young Guns racing. Andy can't find his luck and draws a high number in the ball pick and starts 8th in the third heat. Andy races his way up to third within two laps and maintains his position there, placing him 9th in the feature. In the feature, the car is tight and Andy falls back to 11th, but eventually he finds his line and races up to 9th. A strong finishing run brings Andy close to the cars in front of him but the laps run out and a 9th place finish is awarded to the #14 Technique Bandolero. Consistency is a welcome sight to the Ken Brown Racing Team, but a top five is still the main focus in the coming weeks of the Summer Shootout.
